Passion to contribute with honest intentions coupled with inclusive, constructive & decision making abilities took me to the highest pedestal of Industries forums thereby providing me ample of opportunities to conceive, execute and implement the end to end projects of the associations. A few of the projects done under my leadership are mentioned below :
Technology Centre
Cost of project 116 crores
The Technology Centre at Baddi was conceived to mitigate the toolings requirements of the BBN area and is being implemented by the Ministry of MSME under the World Bank Aided project to establish world-class technology centre wherein the land has been provided by the State Government and financed by MInistry of MSME with the help of CTR Ludhiana. Initially, this project was sanctioned as Mini Tool Room with an investment fo 18 Crores during my Presidentship of BBN Industries Association. When was approached by MSME to upgrade the Mini Tool Room to the Technology Centre, got the land identified and allocated to the GOI for setting up the project

This will be a world-class tool room, which would take care of all kinds of industries, with regard to their requirements of tools, jigs and fixtures. This will also impart training to industrial workers and would generate revenue to be self-sustainable.
Baddi Infrastructure Ltd.
Cost of Proejct 80.51 crores

Baddi Infrastructure is a limited company a SPV, formed under section 25 now known as section 8, a company not for making profits, to undertake the developmental projects in Baddi area. The first objective was to treat the effluent followed by training of industrial workers and internal road infrastructure. The initial cost of the project was 80.51 crores with three components into it. Common Effluent Treatment Plant - 50 Crores, Baddi Technical Traning Institute - 3.51 crores and three internal roads of Baddi - 17 crores. The funds were provided by the DIPP, land from state govt. and 5 crores by the stake holders i.e. industries of the area.

The CETP was established during my presidentship to treat 23 mld capacity of the effluent of the diversified nature of industries. The Technical Traning Institute was established to train the industrial workers as per the requirement of industries. The project has been completed and operational now.
Doon Infrastructure Ltd.
Cost of Project 12 crores.
Doon Infrastructure Ltd., a company (SPV) formed to implement the project of Working Men Hostel at Baddi. To build a capacity to accommodate 500 industrial workers to have an affordable and better quality of life. The project funding of 9 crores was doney by the GOI, State Govt. provided the land to the tune of 3 crores and the balance around 1 crore was contributed by the stakeholders. i.e. industries of the area.

The Hostel is fully operational with attached and common washroom facilities. It is run and managed by the BBN Industries Association.

Himalayan Nature Cure Society
Cost of project 1.68 crores
​
THE project was conceived to bring rural economic empowerment. The objective was to make products from the cow dung and cow urine. Buy them from the villagers in and around the region thereby giving then an additional income of around Rs. 100 to 150 depending upon the cow dung and cow urine they give, to the society. A 2000 square meter Industrial plot was allotted by the department of Industries at Lodhi Majra industrial area. The products range include Ark, Dhoop, Samedha, Utensil cleaning powder, Gonial, glass cleaning liquid, etc.

The project has grant of Rs. 1.38 crores to build the infrastructure and the land was the contribution of the society in the project. Each member of society contributed to the project.

BBNIA Office Building
Cost of Project 3.00 crores

BBN Industries Association, a leading industrial chamber of the state, did not have office building even after the strong foundation laid by its founding fathers more than twenty years ago. During my presidentship, it was decided to go ahead with the project to have our office building. The land was got allocated from the Department of Industries. The cost of the project was 3 crores and was entirely borne by the membership of industries association.

Now, this building has an office of the association, two conference halls, meeting rooms and area for a cafeteria.
Baddi Trade Centre
Cost of Project
6.00 crores.
The Baddi Trade Centre was conceived to be the industrial activity hub of the area which comprised of the exhibition centre, conference halls, cafeteria, gym, cottages and multistory building to have rooms and enough of open space for exhibitions.
Initially, this was conceived to be the joint venture of BBNDA and BBNIA, however this could not materialize.

But the asset was created which has now been leased to a third party for operations.
